The patented design of the Mega-Clamp has micro-grooves that conform to the surface of the pipe for real gripping power onto 1” to 2” outside diameter tubing. The solid one piece design keeps the light steady as you aim it. The fixture will not rock out of place when you let go. Tension is maintained while making minor pan adjustments to the light by the nickel plated belleville spring steel washer. This allows you more time to concentrate on aiming and the crew will spend less time reaching for their wrench.

The fixture mounting bolt is a grade 5 1/2”-13 TPI x 1” and is zinc plated for corrosion resistance. The pipe mounting screw is a 1/2”-13 TPI x 3” case hardened square head set screw. The extruded aluminum clamp weighs only 13.4 ounces. Mega-Clamps are available in both a durable black black anodized finish and a bright burnished finish.
